Why You Need Rosehip Seed Oil NOW

Ok I have actually posted about this product before in my Gua Sha focus – but there have been SO MANY, and I mean, SO MANY people that have complimented me on the way my skin looks lately that I feel I have to do a post JUST ABOUT Rosehip Seed Oil.

Vanity Essential: PURA D’OR (4 oz) Organic Rosehip Seed Oil

My current ‘anti-aging’ skin situation – for over a year now I have not been able to use prescription retinoids or fillers for my face because I’ve been pregnant and am now nursing an 11 week old. In my 30’s I have continued to focus on ‘preventative’ skin care, knowing that prescription strength retinoids and fillers will help with cell turnover and keeping my facial muscles from wrinkling, if you get my drift. If you can, fill those lines in folks!

Anyways because I have to go a more natural route for the next year until I’m done nursing, I researched far and wide about what the best over-the-counter, natural options are. I don’t know why I wasn’t introduced to this option sooner, but seriously guys, ROSEHIP SEED OIL is a game changer. I cannot emphasize enough that this product makes a difference in terms of softening the skin and evening its tone. Post pregnancy, this has been the only skincare item I’ve changed in my routine, and I continually receive compliments, in-person, organically, about the way my skin looks. And I tell everyone, THIS OIL IS THE REASON WHY!

Three things are going on in this oil that make this happen: essential fatty acids with Vitamins A and C. This combination provides a solution by reducing the appearance of scars, dark spots, hyperpigmentation, stretch marks, and uneven complexion.

What’s even more amazing to me about all of this is the price point – people spend hundreds of dollars on designer anti-aging serums that are in 1 oz bottles, claiming to do the exact same skin ‘solutions’ that rosehip seed oil does. However, a 4 oz bottle of this PURA D’OR (4 oz) Organic Rosehip Seed Oil, which is what I use, is only $13 (or less!). Seriously, that’s a steal and you don’t have anything to lose by just trying this as an option, adding it to your skincare routine.

I use this morning and night on my face and decollete. In addition I have now started using it as an all-over moisturizer on my entire body. I want to find this oil in a liter size with a pump, it would be so worth it!

Now here’s the photo that I slightly cringe at for sharing, however, I gotta be real. This is an untouched, portrait mode photo (selfie) taken with an iPhone. No makeup, it’s raw 😮. I’m ‘comfortable’ as I can be sharing this to try and demonstrate how this oil has given me a decently even skin tone and significantly helped to reduce the appearance of my fine lines and hyperpigmentation. It’s made such a difference for me in the past 11 weeks that here I am posting a #nomakeup photo on the internet. 😂 Doesn’t that say something?! Add this one to your Amazon cart, trust me it’s worth it!

😬 No makeup! Comfortable in my own skin!
