In layman’s terms FIR heat ☀️ therapy has multiple benefits because of the way our body and more specifically cells react to the wavelengths and heat a BioMat produces. This BioMat from MediCrystal is completely filled with pure amethyst crystals because the stones (crystal power healing people!)🔮 emit a FIR light that generates the most bio-available and penetrating heat our cells can receive.

I was so excited to whip this mat out again post pregnancy as it is not recommended for use while pregnant🤰🏼, simply because for the same reasons saunas and hot tubs aren’t either, you don’t want to risk overheating. My BioMat is a huge factor in helping my body heal and detox postpartum.
