Flatter me with hum

You know me – I’m all about a good life hack. Generally speaking, I’ve never been much of a supplement/vitamin taker aside from a daily multivitamin, and really I got started on taking those when I was pregnant (pre-natals).

Lately, however, I feel like I’m on an ‘uptick’ in focus on the benefits of supplementation. While it still holds true that you can get your best/direct source of nutrients from whole foods themselves, when it comes to addressing inflammation, detox, and bloating, there’s only so much lemon juice and tumeric I can incorporate in to my diet without it becoming a preoccupation. I’d rather not have to think about it…

When I came across the brand Hum Vitamins, I was intrigued by two in particular that address detoxification and bloating. As I’ve talked about before, SWELLMONELLA is my self-diagnosed condition that probably a lot of you can relate to. From having a sedentary desk job to overall permanent food baby ‘bump’ after a meal, I thought I would give the HUM Flatter Me and the HUM Daily Cleanse supplements a try.

THE RESULTS

After taking these for a little over a month, I can honestly recommend both to anyone looking to give a more serious look at the benefits of detoxing and using a digestive aid. For HUM Daily Cleanse, I take this in the morning with my multivitamin — the reason I opted for Daily Cleanse is because it’s main ingredients (Chollera and red clover) can help to boost the immune system, aids in digestion, and gets rid of toxins in the body. For HUM Flatter Me, I take two pills daily, one before lunch and one before dinner. Of the two vitamins/supplements, Flatter Me I am more passionate about. I have definitely noticed a difference in the diminishing of my ‘food baby’ after a meal and I can definitely say it helps aid in your digestion but without upsetting your stomach if you know what I mean. The great part about both these supplements is I find them very affordable ($25 each for 60 capsules per bottle) and I’ve actually already ordered my second round. Definitely give them a try if you’re looking for routine and better ways to detox and digest, and reduce that stubborn SWELLMONELLA!
