So I can’t help but notice other countries and regions are going under “quarantine” in response to the Coronavirus, and I’m curious, what exactly does that entail if you’re stuck at your house for 2+ weeks? I would probably lose my mind eventually haha, but I don’t want it to be because I ran out of toilet paper…😬

With that being said, here are some items to add to your Amazon cart to ‘prep’ you for a long stay at home.

TOILET PAPER

You’ll use this up regardless.

COUGH & COLD MEDICINES

Might as well have some on hand, I like the idea of this Dayquil/Nyquil combo back. Also have a great daily multivitamin and start taking it now.

Humidifier

Because the coronavirus attacks the lungs and respiratory system, it may be wise to have a humidifier on hand.

This cool mist air can reduce airborne viruses and bacteria when the relative humidity is above 43%. Helps with allergies, clearing sinuses, and coughs making us one of the best humidifiers for babies.

Cooked, Canned Food

Frozen food would be a good idea too, but the longest and “safest” route for some sort of long-term food shortage would be to have cooked, canned food on hand. This is kind of gross to me but in theory I would eat the canned salmon for example.

Pretty straightforward right? Other things to consider would be household cleaning supplies, bottled water, baby items (diapers, baby food), pet items, and a first aid kit. What would you add to the list? And what do you think is going to happen in the United States – will we go under a quarantine?
