Always Be My Ritual

Was filling out a “health history” questionnaire recently and the section on vitamins/supplements, I realized I “only” have one to list.

I’m happy that the list is small, of course, in addition to listing NOTHING under the prescription medication section. I’m in the belief that specific vitamins/supplements, if you’re healthy, are there to support more of a short term goal, for example, you’re wanting to see more hair growth or stronger nails, your provider and/or your research would lead you to intentionally take some sort of biotin supplement for a certain period of time.

The problem with vitamins/supplements for me has always been just taking them consistently. For example I’ve taken biotin forms in the past (including nutrafol) but honestly didn’t stick to any “as directed” consistency so can’t reasonably expect a “result” to associate it with. This has been the only “consistent” thing about me and supplements, is not taking them consistently lol 😆.

What I’m getting at though is this has remained true up until I purchased the Ritual multivitamin, and, put it on my bathroom vanity 🤯.

It shouldn’t be that game changing on where you place your multivitamin (or other habit/daily intended supplement) however outta sight outta mind is a real thing. Simply by having the multivitamin out by my other daily routine items (skincare, toothbrush etc) it ensures I see it and take it. But there’s more as to WHY this vitamin specifically encourages the habit too…

Get this. It “tastes” good. Huh? 🤔 I shit you not, the ritual multivitamin has this slight mint 🍃 essence, one I have NEVER experienced before taking any sort of supplement/multivitamin and makes the experience completely different. You all know what I’m referring to when you take a regular supplement/pill (swallowed) and it’s just sort of chalky and/or in a way you’re just trying to get it down in the same way once upon a time you took warm disgusting tequila shots in college. Blahhhh 🤢

The ritual multivitamin you still swallow like any other swallowed pill/supplement but it has this mint essence hue that makes the experience positively different and that you WANT to take it. You WANT it to be part of your RITUAL…get it?

I’ve been using/taking the multivitamin daily for well over a year and just do it out of a proactive intention, it has a collective blend of the common ingredients/nutrients that you would expect from a multivitamin and in reasonable percentage doses. Cost and quality wise this is a good choice as it minimizes need to take additional supplement items.

You can purchase a bottle via their website and it’s technically subscription based and you can modify the cadence easily too. It’s not sneaky annoying subscriptions, trust me, I can’t tolerate those types of auto-ship/subscriptions that don’t make it easy to adjust and/or cancel at any moment and the ritual one is not that.

👉🏼PS if you’re going to commit to taking a multivitamin in the first place, in theory this is a thing that you’re wanting to do long-term, so it does make sense that you’re “subscribing” to the ritual of it… 😉
