The Power of Detox
Seems like I’m seeing this content and talk lately (at another level anyways) on the chemicals, dyes and artificial crap in American foods. More recently it’s been content from Vani Hari, a food activist (the “Food Babe“) who is leading what’s called “The Kellogg’s Petition” which from her content is a call out for all companies & using Kellogg’s as an example/beginning for change Americans want. It’s disturbing how companies distribute a crap formula in America but the same ‘product’ in other countries doesn’t have the same ingredients (they are more pure) because the country that it is distributed in has BANNED some of the chemicals/ingredients that are allowed in the US….
It just makes me think more on the importance & mindset of doing things that help you detox, or, SWEAT IT OUT… Detoxing is essential for optimal health, and one of the most effective ways to support your body’s natural detox processes is through regular infrared sauna sessions. Unlike traditional saunas, infrared saunas penetrate deep into your skin, encouraging the body to sweat out toxins like heavy metals, environmental pollutants, and other harmful substances.
By raising your core temperature, infrared heat allows you to sweat more efficiently, flushing out toxins that otherwise build up in the body. The results? Clearer skin, improved immune function, better circulation, and even enhanced mental clarity.
Additionally, the detox benefits of infrared saunas extend beyond just a physical cleanse. The act of sweating also reduces stress and promotes relaxation, which is essential for emotional and mental well-being.
Regular infrared sauna sessions not only cleanse your body but also offer long-term benefits, helping you maintain balance and health from the inside out.
Detoxing isn’t just a fad—when done through infrared saunas, it’s a sustainable way to support your overall wellness journey. And with all the ‘toxins’ surrounding us everyday and in our food system for the foreseeable future, I’d say getting in for a good sweat a couple times a week might help offset this next-level American exposure.
